Creating Safer Workplaces

• Clear definitions of bad behaviour: harassment, violence, bullying, and discrimination from the Human Rights Code.
• Hands-on exercises to help learners familiarize themselves with each concept.
• Interactive scenarios that put learners’ new knowledge to the test!

• Ontario law requires sexual harassment training for all companies with at least 5 employees.

• This is a detailed course, but there are many topics worth diving into more thoroughly. We do custom training projects and virtual training sessions.
AODA: The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act

• A breakdown of employer responsibilities.
• Helpful definitions and regulations that employees must follow, from the AODA.
• Hands-on learning activities to reinforce new information.

• Ontario requires companies of 50 people or more to train their teams in AODA content.

• There are additional topics not covered in this course, which is intended for entire teams. (e.g. hiring regulations)
